What do we offer?
The delicate art of pulling up alongside the road, lingering and experiencing everything around us with all our senses, has become just a vague dream in our rushed existence. Even living consciously within the presence of God becomes a challenge in our rushed lives.
At the Andrew Murray Centre for Spirituality spaces are created where people can come to rest in God. A core part of this is the daily rhythm of isolation (in your room or in nature) and the get-together in the chapel three times per day (before meals). Here we contemplate the meaning of belonging, listen to the live-giving Godly language in silence, music, human words, and we appropriate God’s unconditional love in the breaking of bread and tasting of wine.

RETREATS
We welcome people or groups for quiet retreats.
The Andrew Murray Centre for Spirituality is a place of isolation and worship, where missionary habits of faith are cultivated and practised. There is a chapel and prayer garden where visitors can practise or learn habits of faith.
The Centre will develop faith spaces focused on Murray’s emphasis on Prayer, Calling and Service.
The vast gardens and river form part of the Samuel campus that can be used for isolation and quietness. The building complex is on the outskirts of the town with a view on the mountains. The grove next to the Krom River, known as “Donkiebos”, is where the missionaries in training often went to pray.
